Family owned and operated

Tim and Darlene have owned Bear Land Realty and Auction since 2013. They have 2 daughters, Jody married to Jason and Jennifer married to Joe. 

Jennifer oversees daily operations here at Bear Land Realty and Auction. They have 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Tim is an active member of the Smoky Mountain Lodge #31 - Fraternal Order of Police and a Past Master of Mountain Star Lodge and is our Principal Broker / Auctioneer. Darlene is a 20 year member of the American Business Women's Association.
